BONNIE LEWIS-TSCHANNEN
Bonnie’s enthusiasm for research started at Carroll College, now Carroll University, where she majored in communications with an emphasis in journalism. Her well-rounded experience derives from her work with several facets of real estate including commercial/residential appraisal, property management, development, and most recently, sales. She took the next step in her real estate career in 2021 by becoming a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker. In addition to being part of the sales group at Stapleton Realty, she owns Compass Point Consulting LLC, which aids commercial appraisers in their research needs. Bonnie is a proud and active member the Oconomowoc Rotary and a supporter of the Downtown Oconomowoc Business District and Oconomowoc Chamber. In 2020 she was appointed by City of Oconomowoc Mayor Bob Magnus to the Board of Review. After being a life-long resident of Waukesha County she has a great appreciation of all that Lake Country has to offer.
