City is seeking dynamic proposals that enhance the neighborhood. Multi-family developments such as apartments, condos, and townhomes are preferred uses for this site. City will prioritize a proposal that includes homeownership opportunities. Design may include up to 30 units and be built to a maximum of 3 stories in height.
