Holly Renee Narloch is a top notch, fantastic real estate agent. When selling our condo, my husband and I interviewed several agents and chose Holly above the rest and would gladly pick her again if the need arose. We’ve bought and sold several homes and condos in the past so we’re not new to the real estate market. We truly appreciated Holly as she is kind and caring, listened to our needs, answered our questions and explained how she could address our concerns. She was very professional, not pushy and was extremely responsive.

Any agent can take photos and place a listing; however, Holly went over and above our expectations by enlisting the services of an aerial photographer and by providing photos that gave the ability of being able to walk-thru our unit as if you were really there. The photos of our unit were just amazing, showcasing our home in its best light. Holly was very knowledgeable about the market and recommended an appropriate listing price with which we were very comfortable.

As potential buyers had questions on various idiosyncrasies regarding the condo and the association, Holly was very thorough and researched the required condo documents that were needed or requested. She did the investigative work up front herself rather than just leaving it to us to provide or search for all the answers. This was great as it relieved us from a lot of the hunting and gathering responsibilities as the seller.

We were very appreciative of the feedback review reports and market reports we received. We always felt we were kept well informed. Holly’s expertise and experience really showed throughout the entire home selling process and especially as we began to get offers. Her advice for how to handle these was very wise and savvy.
Buying or selling a home can be a tense process and we are very grateful we selected Holly as she helped alleviate many of our stresses. Not only does she have extensive industry knowledge but she is such a pleasure to work with. Should we ever have any future real estate needs we know just who to reach out to for this.

Fantastic buying experience!

We started working with Bonnie Lewis-Tschannen at Stapleton about 9 months before our move from the East Coast to Wisconsin. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to get to know us and what we wanted in a home and community. When we finally came for a week to walk through homes she devoted her week to us, discussing issues with each home including things that would flag on the home inspection, and suggesting additional properties outside our search criteria. We found a beautiful home in a great community because of her- and she worked tirelessly with us to get our offer in and mortgage pre-approval. Because of her hard work and the great team at Stapleton we found our forever home and couldn't be happier!
